A: With 9,000 square feet we have the capacity to host 500 people at once.
A: Discounts may be provided for wedding dates less than 3 months away from the couple's inquiry. The amount discounted varies.
A: Yes. Coley Hall is adjacent to a large parking lot. Moreover, there is additional parking on the street and behind the building if your wedding party exceeds our parking lots capacity.
A: Yes, wedding guest may provide outside catering for the event. However, the catering company must be approved by Coley Hall event staff.
A: In order to make events as enjoyable as possible for our guests we clean-up for all events. Each event package includes tables, chairs, linens, table decorations, a photo booth and backdrop, lanterns, signs, and other rustic décor. The only thing you are responsible for cleaning up is personal property and trash from personal decorations.
A: Although Coley Hall is extremely accommodative, we simply do not have the space to store important items for multiple days. We do ask that items such as the wedding cake, wedding dress, and other items that need careful attention not be brought until the day they will be used.
A: Due to the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement all alcohol must be provided by Coley Hall. Fortunately we have a bar in the venue space and are licensed to serve alcohol. Our professional and courteous staff will serve you throughout the night.
A: Yes, you are welcome to include your furry friends in your ceremony only.
A: Yes. Service members receive a 5% discount with proof of Military ID. Police, Fire, and other service members also receive a 5% discount. This applies to the Bride(s) and Groom(s) only.
A: Yes! All couples are welcome!
A: The listed venue rental price does not include food or service. This will be worked out in your service contract and agreement.
A: Coley Hall has a lot of accommodations for your special day. However, guests should bring things like bobby-pins, scissors, and other miscellaneous items.
