Private Events
Although Coley Hall's main banquet hall is spacious and roomy, it can sometimes be too big for intimate events like rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, birthday parties, or meetings. However, The Roth Room, a private room adjacent to our banquet hall, provides a close knit space that is equally as beautiful and elegant.
The Roth Room - $100/hour (4 hour minimum)
- Seating for 50 guests is included. Extra seating is available. Room capacity is 50 people.

- Exposed brick; original building doors adorn the main wall
- Soft lighting and wonderful acoustics
- In-House Catering Proudly Provided. NC Catering Packages include plates, flatware and beverage glasses. Food Options begin at $16.00 per person

The Liberty Catering Company is proud to provide delectable food and excellent service to enhance your event. With a variety of menu options to fit any budget, we are here to help you. Our Catering Chef, Jeff Taylor and his team of servers and bartenders are highly trained and ready to accommodate your needs. Food Options begin at $16 per guest. Our most popular service option allows guests to control what they eat with Buffet Style Service. Family Style and Seated Service options available for additional cost. Sample and Suggested menus are available, ask our Facilities & Banquet Coordinator- Suzanne Puckett for information. All prices listed on the sample/suggested menus are the base price. Please note all prices are guaranteed for thirty (30) days and are subject to change. All food and beverage items and charges are subject to a 7% sales tax and an additional 20% gratuity.
In accordance with the State and Local ABC regulations, The Liberty must supply all alcoholic beverages. All non-alcoholic beverages must also be purchased from the Liberty. Absolutely NO Outside Alcohol Allowed on Premises. If you or anyone at your event is found with alcohol other than that provided by The Liberty Catering Company, a $250 fine will be added to your invoice.
